33 Georgia Turkey hunt for Two An item of great interest to all will be the Beaver Creek Turkey Hunt. A Two night/two day hunt for two, with guide, accommodations and supper at Coleman Lake Restaurant. Located in Twin City, Georgia, Beaver Creek Plantation has been offering some of the finest hunting since 1998. The Plantation features an 8000 square foot lodge that offers conference rooms, a Pro Shop, bar/lounge, seating for 100 guests and overnight accommodations that can house up to 27 guests. In addition, there are 9 fully stocked ponds. Beaver Creek Plantation is one of Georgia's premier hunting locations. He loves to take new turkey hunters to “hook them on the sport” of chasing ole wary gobblers. It is all about the gobble not the gobbler. He has succeeded in harvesting the Grand Slam twice in his career. The Grand slam is the harvesting of all 4 subspecies of turkeys in North America, the Eastern, Osceola, Merriam, and Rio Grande. He had the great opportunity to be featured on an NWTF hunt in Montana and being filmed by the NWTF crew and the program was aired on the Outdoor Channel as part of the Turkey Call program aired nationally by the NWTF.
